Our beautifully designed bay and bow windows offer a wide range of configuration options, allowing you to tailor both appearance and function to suit your home. These windows can be designed using either casement or vertical sliding sash styles, giving you flexibility while maintaining a cohesive overall design.

Bay and bow windows can be formed in a variety of angles, with 90°, 135° and 150° configurations among the most popular. However, layouts can be customised to suit your property’s architecture, creating a feature that enhances both internal space and external kerb appeal.

Available in a wide selection of finishes, bay and bow windows can be styled in over 150 RAL colours along with a choice of authentic wood‑effect finishes. Dual‑colour options are also available on selected systems, allowing the internal and external frames to be finished in different shades to complement your décor. From period and listed properties to contemporary new‑build homes, bespoke bay and bow windows add character and visual interest to any setting.

To complete the design, bay and bow windows can be finished with traditional astragal bars and a choice of modern or heritage window furniture. Decorative glazing options such as stained or etched glass can also be included, adding individuality and style while helping to maintain privacy within the home.

Structurally Sound Bay & Bow Windows Built for Long‑Term Support

Bay and bow windows require careful structural consideration, which is why our installations incorporate engineered bay poles designed to provide strength, stability and long‑term reliability. These load‑bearing supports help transfer the weight of the upper structure safely down to the foundations, ensuring your bay or bow window remains secure and well supported over time.

Bay poles are a critical component of bay and bow window construction, particularly where windows project outward from the main wall of the property. Manufactured from high‑strength materials and specified to suit each installation, they help prevent movement, sagging or stress on the frame while maintaining the correct alignment and shape of the window.

By combining precision fabrication with properly specified bay poles, our bay and bow window installations deliver both visual impact and structural integrity. This ensures your new windows not only enhance appearance and internal space, but also provide confidence in their durability and long‑term performance.

What are the benefits of bay windows?

Bay windows are designed to increase natural light, making rooms feel brighter and more spacious. Their outward projection allows for wider views and can create additional internal space, often used as a seating area or focal point.

In addition to their practical benefits, bay windows add timeless character and kerb appeal, making them a popular choice for both traditional and modern homes.

How do I choose the right bay window for my home?

When choosing a bay window, it’s important to consider the size, layout and style that best suits your property. Bay windows are commonly formed using three window sections, but configurations can vary depending on your home’s architecture.

You’ll also need to decide on the window style (such as casement or vertical sliding sash) and the frame material, including uPVC, aluminium or timber. These choices will influence the overall appearance, performance and maintenance requirements of the finished window.
